About the event
Mindfulness is a way of living. A way of being. Meditation and other practices are tools to help cultivate mindfulness. Among other things, a practice of mindfulness helps foster self-awareness, acceptance, non-judgment, compassion, emotional regulation, gratitude, concentration, and peace. Mindfulness brings more balance and meaning to life by helping to more skillfully respond to what life throws at us.
Through mindful practices, this 1/2 day mindfulness retreat will guide you to settle your mind, calm your body and nervous system, find a sense of peace, and cultivate self awareness.
The retreat includes:

sitting and walking meditation
