Classes
Yoga classes to help you tune into your body’s wisdom, support nervous system regulation, and create space to move with greater strength, ease, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Somatic dance or embodied movement classes create space to explore intuitive movement and self-expression, helping you release stress, reconnect with your body, and cultivate greater presence and joy.
Meditation classes include calming or restorative practices, such as visualization or Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness or loving-kindness practices.

Retreats
Half-day, full-day, and weekend retreats for women feeling burnt out, disconnected, or in transition, seeking space to rest, reconnect with their bodies, and return to themselves in a supportive, nourishing environment. Events
Dance & Soothe is a collaboration with Going Om, Reiki on the Rock, and Time to Heal. The event combines embodied dance/movement, Soma breath, sound healing, and Reiki.
The Inner Journey Workshop is a collaboration between Going Om, Reiki on the Rock, and Time to Heal. It aims to release inner blocks, reconnect with Self, and connect with other women using meditation, journalling, embodied movement, sound healing, Reiki, and a cacao ceremony.
