Hello
I'm Tina Pomroy and the owner of Going Om. I'm passionate about helping women express themselves fully while feeling a sense of balance. Why? Because I work on that myself and I know what it feels like to lose your self identity and feel out of sync! I am also passionate about my kids, my grandchildren, dance, yoga, nature, chocolate, travel, connecting with other women, leadership, and exploring human nature. I've been described as 'real' and 'authentic'. I encourage you to reach out to me if you feel a pull to do so.
The Passion Behind the Business
Tina is a lifelong student and lover of life, rooted in a yoga lifestyle of practice, compassion, humour, and acceptance. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years and brings more than 25 years of professional experience in coaching, leadership, program development and facilitation, and mental health and wellbeing support.

Since 2015, she has been teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, and in recent years has added somatic movement and dance to her offerings. Her own journey through midlife, including struggles with mental health, inspired her graduate research on perimenopause and mental health and continues to shape her passion for helping women navigate life transitions.

Tina blends her professional expertise and wellbeing knowledge to create safe, uplifting spaces for clients. Her retreats, workshops, and programs are designed to nurture vitality, always delivered with authenticity and humour.
