This is a monthly class held at The Calm Place, Kenmount Road, St. John's, NL. It begins with gentle movement while sitting or lying down on a mat to prepare the body and mind for a guided meditation - Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra systematically guides you through a process that brings your brain waves to a theta state - a place of deep rest - while remaining awake. These classes offer a space to rejuvenate in body and mind.
