Yoga Classes
Yoga classes for groups or workplaces. Suitable for all abilities. Classes include asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), chanting, and/or meditation. Available styles include: Hatha yoga, chair yoga, gentle yoga, yoga for stress, Yoga Nidra, yoga for awakening (chakras). Contact Tina to book your session(s).

Meditation Classes
Virtual or in-person meditation classes for groups or teams. Sessions also available for conferences and events. Styles include: Vipassana (insight/mindfulness), visualization, relaxation, and heart practices, e.g., compassion, metta (loving-kindness). Contact Tina to book your session(s).

Mindfulness Classes & Workshops

Training

Meditation Facilitator Training
A 4-week program for individuals or groups who would like to be able to confidently guide a meditation. Techniques learned and practiced include: styles of meditation, using scripts, finding your voice, guiding focus and relaxation meditations, and using a trauma informed approach. Meditation resources will be provided. Participants must have a meditation practice.
This program may be helpful for yoga teachers, health & wellness professionals (nurses, physicians, counsellors, naturopaths, etc.) or employees in a workplace who wish to use meditation as a tool for cultivating wellbeing among their clients, patients, or colleagues. The program does not qualify participants as certified meditation instructors, rather provides basic knowledge and skills to guide a meditation for your group/team/clients/patients.
