Child's Pose

Yoga & Somatic Movement Classes

Yoga classes for groups or workplaces. Classes include asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), chanting, and/or meditation. Available styles include: Hatha yoga, chair yoga, gentle yoga, yoga for stress, Yoga Nidra, yoga for awakening (chakras). Somatic movement classes are yoga and dance inspired and include gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. Contact Tina to book your session(s).​

Meditation Classes

Virtual or in-person meditation sessions for groups or events. Styles include: Vipassana (insight/mindfulness), visualization, relaxation, and heart practices, e.g., compassion, metta (loving-kindness). Contact Tina to book your session(s).
