Service Description
• Twelve virtual 50-minute coaching sessions and a final celebratory session are included. Sessions can be scheduled in advance, but not all sessions need to be scheduled up front. All sessions are scheduled within 12 months at any interval. • Up to 6x Coach-on-Call Connections to be used by final coaching session are included. Any unused Coach-on-Call Connections cannot be carried forward. ***** The ‘Coach-on-Call’ service is a more immediate service than pre-scheduled coaching sessions. The client can reach out for support, motivation, or to talk through a difficulty or challenge for a maximum of a 30-minute call or text message exchange. The call/text will take place within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), upon coach’s availability, or as soon as the coach is available. • Up to 12x check-in or connection texts from coach to client. • The cost for the annual plan package which includes: 13 sessions (value: $1,625) + 6 Coach-on-Call connections (value: $1,200) + 12 coach connection texts (value: $600) for a total value of more than $3,400 is $2,498. A payment schedule will be agreed upon between the coach and client.
Cancellation Policy
We know that unexpected things can happen in life. We have made it easy for you to make changes without it affecting our business too much. * You may reschedule an appointment without incurring any fees when you give at least 24 hours notice via email. * If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the session, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. * You may cancel an appointment without incurring any fees when you give at least 48 hours notice via email. * Cancelling an appointment without at least 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
